CHAPTER 2-WRITTING
I think the grammar-translation method is a good way to learn Arabic. According to Jensen, the human brain needs to solve challenging problems. For examples, the grammar-translation classes have the challenge of translating difficult reading passages. These are like puzzle; they also need to use a bilingual dictionary and a grammar book. With this method, they could translate the reading passages from the target language into their own language and learn vocabulary by memorizing lists of new words. They don’t have practice in listening or speaking because nobody speaks Arabic these days but they are more try to understanding the passages to read on it.
CHAPTER 1-WRITTING
My best friend was an important influence on me as a child. She was good in everything and wanted to learn about cooking. She loved to cook and the foods were delicious. For example, she went to her aunt bakery shop and learn to bake cakes .In bakery shop, she mix the ingredients, baking the cakes, and decorate them. In the kitchen at her house, she still works on it. I tasted and ate her cakes and wanted to cook as well like her. Today, I love to cook because of her influence.
